Return/Exchange of Sale Items:
We exchange only faulty product.
For faulty products, we advise you to call us at 0421931564 or email us at sales@hindidvd.com.au
immediately within 24 hours. This will allow us to advise you of
stock availability and avoid disappointments.
After receiving the product, it is customer's responsibility to take care of the product.
For any reasons, if you have dropped it, damaged it by your own act/mistake, we are not liable for it.
Call us within 24 hours, for any exchange / returns.
To avoid piracy, we follow this policy strictly
to make sure that we are not a part in encouraging the piracy in the market.
Faulty Products
We are vigilant with our quality, however if for any
reason your product has been received is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours on
sales@hindidvd.com.au. Please send us the product and we
will send you back without postal charges.
Items to be exchanged must be equal to or
greater than the value of the original purchase. Items of greater value will be invoiced
with the price difference to be paid for by the customer. If you wish to exchange for an
item of lesser value please email us at sales@hindidvd.com.au for possible options.

to modify our return policy at any time.
Postage & Handling Information
Standard Delivery Charges:
Orders placed on a Monday through to Friday will be dispatched items within 7-10 working days of the
order being processed.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched from the following Monday.
Orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched from the following working day.
- You will receive an email notification of
the dispatch please allow 7-10 working days for delivery from the time your order has been
dispatched. This represents the maximum delivery time frame. In most cases delivery will
be much faster.
- All products will be sent by Australia Post (registered parcel/envelop).
- If you need faster delivery, please contact us at 0421 931 564.
Delivery & Handling Charges:
Delivery and handling charges is $3.00 per item.
For 5 items, the charge will be $10.00.
Express Delivery:
Express delivery is offered at an extra charge please contact us on sales@hindidvd.com.au
International Orders:
International orders are accepted. Delivery costs will be calculated separately after the
order is confirmed and processed. Please withhold payment until an updated invoice is
delivered to your email address. We will endeavor to finalize international orders within
48 hrs of the order being placed.
